Her kan du læse, hvordan Another Casting Company (herefter kaldet ACC) håndterer personoplysninger. Personoplysninger er alle slags informationer, der i et eller andet omfang kan henføres til dig og som opsamles ved registrering på vores hjemmeside eller til en prøvefilmning hos os.

ACC er dataansvarlig for de oplysninger, som opsamles om vores skuespillere/modeller, samt egne kunder og besøgende på vores hjemmeside, og vi sørger for at behandling af personoplysninger sker i overensstemmelse med lovgivningen.

- Samt andre relevante oplysninger, som kan være vigtig for os i arbejdet med at finde de rette medvirkende. Du er altid velkommen til at undlade at skrive informationer, du ikke måtte ønske at dele.
Bemærk: På hjemmesiden vil kun fornavn/fornavne, samt alder figurere. Ligesom kontaktinfo ikke er synlig. Informationerne benyttes ikke til f.eks. nyhedsbreve el.lign. Vi opretter aldrig profiler selv. Dvs. Talenter har selv oprettet profilen, eller bedt os om at hjælpe med dette.

Sikkerhed
Vi beskytter dine personoplysninger på følgende måde:
- Vi har vedtaget politikker for it-sikkerhed, og ACC´s medarbejdere orienteres løbende om sikker behandling af data.
- Det er kun ACC, som har adgang til dine personlige oplysninger på hjemmesiden
- Ved en casting vil du skulle oplyse casteren, hvis du IKKE ønsker, at vi deler det af dig udfyldte casting sheet med film- eller produktionsselskab, eller reklamebureau (altså kunden).

ACC is the data controller for the information collected about our actors/models, as well as our own customers and visitors to our website, and we ensure that the processing of personal data takes place in accordance with the legislation.

- Clothing size etc.
- Experience in advertising, film, TV etc.
- Ethnicity/nationality/language
- As well as other relevant information which may be important for us in the work of finding the right actors.
You are always welcome to refrain from writing information you do not wish to share.
Note: Only first name(s), hight and age will appear on the website. Contact info is not visible. The information is not used for e.g. newsletters etc. We never create profiles ourselves. The actor/model created the profile themselves, or askes us to help with this.

This means: If the processing of personal data is based on a consent from you, you have the right to withdraw the consent, which means that the processing then ceases.
Your rights
- You have the right to gain insight into which personal data we store about you (even if you have informed/written this yourself)
- You have the right to have the personal data we have registered about you corrected and updated
- You have the right to have the personal data we have registered about you deleted. If you wish to have your personal data deleted, we will delete all information
Security
We protect your personal data in the following way:
- We have adopted policies for IT security, and ACC’s employees are regularly informed about the secure processing of data
- Only ACC has access to your personal information on the website
- At a casting, you will have to inform the caster if you do NOT want us to share the casting sheet you have completed with the film or production company, or advertising agency (ie the customer)

Due to GDPR, we will in the future reserve the right to delete inactive profiles and associated personal data after 5 years.
